Now u can read all this or u can go to the bottom and do it the easier way (do both I suggest)
Battle System 1
This battle system involves the AIM (AOL Instant Messaging) Chat Room. If you want to use this system you will have to have AIM. Trust me, this system is actually pretty good and can also be fun. Here's how it goes. First off this battle system doesn't need a judge. Anyway when the battle commences, you battle on a turn based system and a "roll of the dice" system. The Zoid(s) with the highest speed goes first, but if the fighters have a tied speed stat, you will roll to see who goes first.
Now when I say roll, I mean actually typing in “//roll” and it will roll a pair of dice for you. Anyway in battle this is how attacks and other tactic moves are done:
Liger Zero (8500) runs after Vaygr and attacks with Strike Laser Claw (1000)
You must always type in you Zoids HP when fighting and as you get hit, subtract the damage and keep changing your HP as the battle goes on. This helps you know where you are at and how much longer you will live or your opponent will live.
Then after that you roll and if you roll a total of 6 or higher, you hit. If you don't you miss. Also if you roll doubles you get to attack again. Also if you roll two sixes, so 6 6 you make a critical hit and do double damage.
When fighting an airborne type you must roll an 8 or higher.
Also, various hardware like Smoke Dischargers, Energy Shields, Targeting Hardware, Immobilizing hardware all have a BIG significance with this system. They can help or hinder your battle performance. For example if your opponent uses Smoke Dischargers and rolls a 6 or higher, you must roll an 8 or higher to hit them for a few turns until the smoke dissipates.
It is based on skill usage and NOT fast typing. It is a great battle system!
Damage/Roll System
Damage vs. Land or Water Zoids - Roll of 6 or higher needed
Damage vs. Aerial Zoid - Roll of 8 or higher needed (7 with Targeting Upgrade)
The Easy Way:
1. Aim Chat Room is required
2. Your HP is your Armor
3. When ever u attack u must state: Zoid Name/nick Attack and HP (hp is ur Armor, state after Zoid Name)
4. To roll your Dice type: // Roll
5. Doubles means attack again, and 6 6 does 2x damage + another turn
6. 6 or more is required when rolled in order to hit a Land/Water Zoid
7. 8 or more is required when rolled in order to hit an Arial Zoid
Example of a Zoid:
Lets say u own a Shadow Fox. Attack 1000 Armor 4000 Speed 400
Attack: Strike Laser Claw – 1200 ; 50MM Gatling gun +400
1. Your HP is you Armor
2. Strike Laser Claw does 1200 attack
3. 50MM Gatling Gun will do you Attack + 400, so in other words it will do 1400 damage
